Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using sacs.co.za you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. These terms apply to website use only; separately signed client or training agreements take precedence for the services they cover.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about SACS Services, cybersecurity services and training. Content is not legal, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.

3. Services and training

Descriptions of services, courses, qualifications, outcomes, availability and delivery formats are general and may change. A service or training engagement exists only when confirmed in writing by SACS. Certification, employment, examination results, security outcomes and complete prevention of cyber incidents are not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics and materials belong to SACS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use, but may not republish, sell, modify or commercially exploit them without written permission.

6. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. SACS does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visiting an external site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

7. Availability and security

We aim to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but provide it on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate security protections on your devices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, SACS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update the website and these terms from time to time. The current version will be published here and applies from its stated update date.

11. Governing law
